1. Who We Are

EarnGrind (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the website at earngrind.com. We help users compare GPT (Get-Paid-To) offers and provide EarnGrind Rewards to eligible accounts.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Usage data — pages visited, time on page, referral source, browser type, and device type, collected via analytics tools (e.g., Plausible or Google Analytics). This data is anonymous or pseudonymous.
• Account data — Supabase Auth manages your email and password authentication. We store your rewards profile, declared country, adult confirmation, and the versions and time of your rewards consent.
• Rewards data — provider-specific account identifiers, tracking clicks, device and browser information, hashed visitor IP addresses, provider callback data (which may include an IP address), completion and reversal records, and wallet history.
• Support and payouts — support messages and evidence you submit, payout method and destination, cashout amounts, status, and payment references.
• Cookies — we use authentication cookies. Embedded offerwall providers may use their own cookies and tracking technologies under their policies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the EarnGrind service
• To authenticate registered users
• To attribute provider-confirmed rewards, reconcile reversals, prevent abuse, review support requests, and fulfill cashouts
• To understand how visitors use the site (analytics)
• To contact you if you have an account and there is an important update

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• Vercel — hosting and CDN
• Analytics providers — privacy-respecting analytics (no cross-site tracking)
• CPX Research and CPAlead — when you choose to open an enabled wall, we share a stable provider account identifier and tracking reference. We do not include your email or display name in the standard wall link. Existing CPX accounts may retain their original account identifier to preserve survey history. Your browser connects directly to the provider, which can receive your IP address, device information, and answers or information you submit there. See CPX Research and CPAlead privacy information.
• Payout services — the destination and payment details needed to fulfill your selected cashout are shared with the relevant payment service.

EarnGrind contains links to external GPT platforms (Swagbucks, Freecash, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

5. Affiliate Links

Some links on EarnGrind are affiliate links. When you click them and complete an action, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and rewards records while needed to operate your account, reconcile provider payments and reversals, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Support and payout records are accessible to authorized operators. You may request deletion by emailing legal@earngrind.com; some financial or dispute records may need to be retained. Contact the provider separately for data submitted directly to it.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Data portability

8. Children

EarnGrind is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us. EarnGrind Rewards is restricted to adults aged 18 or older; adult confirmation is required before a rewards wall can be opened.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of EarnGrind after changes constitutes acceptance.
