How to Find Google Play and Apple Order IDs for Game Purchases
Find Google Play and Apple purchase receipts using current help paths. Keep order, player and offer IDs separate and prepare genuine support evidence.

Find the receipt in the store account that made the purchase, then copy the identifier attached to that transaction. A Google Play or Apple order ID identifies a store purchase. It is separate from a game player ID and from the offer ID on a rewards platform.
For an offerwall support request, keep those three fields separate. A receipt helps document a purchase; it does not by itself establish that the purchase matched an offer's conditions or tracked through its promotional link.
Google Play: find the purchase before copying the order ID
Google's order-history help gives these routes:
- On Android, open Play Store, tap your profile icon and choose Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
- In a browser, open play.google.com, choose your profile and go to Payments & subscriptions → Budget & Order history.
- For transaction history at payments.google.com, use Activity for individual orders or Subscriptions & services for subscriptions.
For the identifier itself, Jam City's Panda Pop purchase help describes Google Play order numbers beginning with GPA. Find the relevant transaction or confirmation email and copy its order number exactly, including punctuation. Do not invent a missing number from its expected format.
Match the game, purchased item, date and amount before choosing the receipt. Several similarly priced transactions can exist; an amount alone is a weak way to identify the right one.
Apple: use the current purchase-history path
Apple's purchase-history instructions, published September 17, 2026, give this iPhone route:
- Open App Store and tap your photo, initials or My Account button.
- Choose Apps & Purchase History.
- Open Purchase History and find the purchase.
- Search by amount if helpful. Change the Last 90 days filter when looking for an older transaction.

For the Order ID itself, Simply's purchase-support help says the identifier is included in its customers' Apple receipt details. Check the genuine receipt for the purchase you need. Its Settings-based history instructions differ from Apple's current App Store route above, so use Apple's current route to reach history. Jam City's Apple receipt help also directs its customers to the purchase confirmation email.
Apple and Google use different identifiers. Copy the field labeled for your receipt instead of trying to make an Apple identifier resemble a Google GPA number.
Keep order ID, player ID and offer ID separate
Use this as an evidence-organizing checklist. Exact form labels vary by provider.
| Identifier | Record it from | What it helps describe |
|---|---|---|
| Store order ID | The Google Play or Apple transaction or receipt. | The specific purchase you want support to examine. |
| Game player ID | Your actual game account or the developer's player-ID instructions. | The game account associated with your progress. |
| Offer ID | The original rewards-platform or offerwall offer details, when shown. | The advertised offer attempt and task list. |
| Support case number | Your existing support confirmation. | The request you already opened. |
Do not substitute a username for a player ID without checking the form. If an identifier is not available, state that it is missing and explain which record you checked.
For a purchase milestone, save both the receipt and the original offer wording. “I bought an item” and “I bought the required item on the required account within the offer window” are different statements. Our purchase-task guide helps you check the original requirement; the support ticket template helps you present the issue.
Prepare a readable receipt copy
These are EarnGrind's editorial handling suggestions, not universal provider submission requirements:
- Keep the store order ID, item description, amount, currency and purchase date readable when they are relevant to the request.
- Retain the original receipt privately. Make a separate copy if you need to redact unrelated billing details.
- Hide unrelated purchases and personal information when sharing publicly. Public posts generally do not need your full order identifier.
- Use the provider's actual private support form for requested transaction information. Check its attachment requirements before cropping or redacting a submission.
- Do not change transaction values, replace dates or create an example receipt to submit as your own.
If the purchase still cannot be found
Check the account that paid and the correct date range before assuming a transaction disappeared. Apple explicitly directs users with multiple accounts to recheck the other account; Google ties its confirmation email to the purchasing account.
If your receipt, history and actual purchase do not match, use the store's linked help or the developer's purchase support. Describe what is absent instead of filling the gap with a bank reference or a guessed order ID. This guide does not establish that those records are interchangeable or that support can recover every missing receipt.
FAQ
Where can I find a Google Play order ID?
Check the confirmation email for the purchasing Google Account and the relevant transaction in Google Play or Google's payments history. Jam City's purchase help identifies Google Play order numbers by the GPA prefix.
How do I find purchase history on an iPhone?
Apple's current instructions say to open App Store, tap your photo or initials, choose Apps & Purchase History and then Purchase History. Change the Last 90 days filter for older purchases.
Is my game player ID the same as my store order ID?
No. Keep the game account identifier, store purchase identifier and original offer identifier in separate fields. Check the actual support form for which records it requests.
Does a receipt guarantee my offerwall reward?
This guide establishes no such guarantee. A receipt documents a purchase, while the original offer terms and recorded tracking must be checked separately.
