Game Offer Disappeared After Install? Check the Original Offer

Find a started game offer in Freecash or Tapjoy history, check the support owner and preserve evidence. See real help screenshots and timing conflicts.

Game Offer Disappeared After Install? Check the Original Offer

If a game offer disappears after installation, first check the record of offers you started. A missing tile on the browsing page does not show whether your install tracked, whether a task expired, or whether a reward was credited. Freecash and Tapjoy publish different routes for finding existing offers and requesting help.

This guide is for a game you already started. Keep the original offer details and avoid treating a newly displayed version as your old agreement. The public documentation below was checked on October 14, 2026; it cannot diagnose an individual account.

Identify what has disappeared

Write down the exact screen that changed before trying to fix it. These are different problems:

What you can seeWhat to check next
The game is absent from the page where you browse new offers.Look for your existing offer in the platform's started-offer history.
The offer appears in history, but a completed task is missing.Record the task and use the provider's missing-reward instructions.
The offer appears under an expired heading.Compare the recorded deadline with your original offer details.
The offer is missing from history too.Ask the responsible support team to locate the original attempt.
A support button is absent or disabled.Check the platform's explanation for that button before submitting elsewhere.

This is an editorial triage checklist, not a list of proven reasons an offer disappears. Naming the screen helps support investigate the actual problem.

Freecash: find the original provider and started offer

Freecash's uncredited-offer help separates its own offers from partner offers. For a Freecash-provided offer, it directs users to My Profile → Started Offers, with list view on desktop. For a partner offer, it points to the partner section or Earnings in Progress, then the partner's support route.

The same help says a ticket icon will not appear if the offer cannot be found under Started Offers. It also lists an existing ticket, waiting periods and mobile display differences as possible reasons a button is unavailable. A missing button alone does not establish rejection.

Freecash's official help distinguishes its own support route from partner support. Captured October 14, 2026. This documents published instructions, not a recovered offer or credited reward.

There is a timing conflict in the public help. The article updated August 19, 2026 gives 48 hours for Freecash offers, while the older dedicated article, updated July 18, 2025, gives 72 hours. Check the instructions and available support flow on your actual offer; these pages do not establish one reliable universal waiting period.

Tapjoy: check all three Reward Status headings

Tapjoy's support instructions say to return to the app where you first encountered the offer, using the same device. Open its offerwall, choose the menu, then Reward Status. Look through Ongoing, Rewarded and Expired.

If the original offer appears, open it. For a missing reward on a multi-task offer, select the specific task or level, then follow Contact Support and the required questions. If that submission route cannot be used, the help article identifies the support chat button at the bottom-right of its help page.

Checking all headings prevents a search limited to active offers. It does not prove that every disappeared offer will remain in history or that support can restore it.

Preserve the installation before changing anything

Do not treat reinstalling, switching devices or resetting an advertising ID as a recovery procedure. Tapjoy's missing-reward help explains that promotional-link attribution, device changes and mid-offer identifier changes can affect credit. It also warns against fake proof and repeated tickets for the same issue.

Freecash's tracking help discusses prior installs and initial tracking permission as separate eligibility or tracking issues. Finding a game installed on your phone therefore does not prove its offer install was recorded.

Our practical recommendation is to pause extra spending or intensive progression while the original offer and conditions cannot be confirmed. This is an editorial precaution, not a promise that pausing protects a reward or changes a deadline.

Send a focused request to locate the original attempt

Prepare a short record of what you know:

  • Platform, offerwall or provider, game title and offer identifier if available.
  • Original click and installation time, including timezone.
  • Last visible offer status and when you noticed the change.
  • Exact milestone affected and the progress you can document.
  • Original offer terms, task list and deadline screenshots.
  • Existing case number, if you already requested help.
Leave unknown fields blank. A useful opening is: “This offer is missing from [screen]. I started it on [date/time] and last saw [status]. Can you locate that attempt and confirm its recorded requirements?” Avoid stating that the offer was cancelled unless a message says so.

Use our support ticket template and screenshot proof checklist for the evidence package. For an existing purchase task, keep the receipt alongside the original terms; purchase-task guidance covers that separate decision.

FAQ

Does a disappeared offer mean my reward was denied?

The public documentation does not establish that. Check the original offer history and recorded status. Freecash describes a missing listing as one reason its ticket icon may be absent; Tapjoy directs users to several Reward Status headings.

Where should I look for a Tapjoy offer I already started?

Return to the original app on the same device, open its offerwall and choose Reward Status. Check Ongoing, Rewarded and Expired for the original offer.

Can I reinstall the game to make the offer return?

These sources do not support reinstalling as a recovery method. Tapjoy explains that attribution and device or advertising-ID changes can affect credit; Freecash discusses previous installs as a tracking issue.

How long should I wait before contacting Freecash?

Its public articles conflict for Freecash-provided offers: the August 2026 article gives 48 hours, while the July 2025 dedicated article gives 72 hours. Follow the current instructions and support flow for your original offer.

Sources and limits

The linked Freecash and Tapjoy help pages document support and tracking instructions. Our screenshot records public Freecash help, not an account test. We have not established the cause of any reader's missing listing, recovered an offer, or verified reward credit. Before starting another game, use EarnGrind's offer directory to inspect the displayed provider and requirements, then confirm the actual offer terms.
